In France, Good Friday isn't a day off, but Easter Monday is (thank goodness!). There are a couple of weeks of holidays at the end of April. I'm lucky in that I hand "my kids" back at the end of the day - I'm here in Paris as an au pair - and the family is going away for the weekend. So it's a well-earned rest for me! Happy Easter!!!
